Britt J. Rosen, CCIM, is a Realtor, State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and former general contractor. The geographic areas covered by the real estate company are:

  • Miami-Dade County
  • Broward County
  • Palm Beach County

Established in 1981 by Mel Forman, a specialist in retail and industrial real estate, Britt J. Rosen assumed the position of Broker of Mel Forman and Associates, Inc.  Britt first entered real estate in 1976 at Kendar Realty, Inc., an active real estate firm owned and operated by Kenneth D. Rosen of Kendar in Coral Gables. 

Britt has brokered numerous commercial transactions including special use buildings, strip shopping centers, condominium conversions and apartment buildings.

Regarding tax appeals - the 2009 real estate tax appeal filing date for the petition is between August and September, 2009.
