Mel Forman and Associates, Inc., is a residential and commercial real estate broker covering Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.  Mel Forman also handles tax appeals for commerical and residential properties in south Florida.

Established in 1981 by Mel Forman, a specialist in retail and industrial real estate, Britt J. Rosen assumed the position of Broker of Mel Forman and Associates, Inc.  Britt first entered real estate in 1976 at Kendar Realty, an active real estate firm owned and operated by Kenneth D. Rosen, CCIM, Realtor, of The Kendar Companies, in Coral Gables, FL. 

Britt has brokered numerous commercial transactions including special use buildings, strip shopping centers, condominium conversions and apartment buildings.
