Plaza 57 Office Condominium - 7301 S.W. 57 Court Tax Appeal Success

Two office condominiums at South Miami's Plaza 57 were appealed by Rosen Tax Appeal, LLC.  One was reduced from $1,131,700 to $1,032,864, an approximate $100,000 reduction.  The other was a smaller unit which also was reduced substantially.

Single User Industrial Builidng in Aiprort West Successfully Appealed

7315 N.W. 31 Street, Airport West - Tax assessment reduced from $6,047,363, to $5,831,219 totaling a $216,144 savings.
